1 Day Machu Pichu Tour Itinerary

Our 1 Day Machu Picchu Tour journey will start with an early pick up from your hotel by 04:30 am. We must board our train at Ollantaytambo station at 06:20 am, one person will be to assist you to take the train. It will be an unforgettable trip in THE VOYAGER train.

During the Train Journey you will appreciate the change of landscape from dry mountains to very humid and green forest, huge granite mountains covered with vegetation, we will travel for 1 hour and a half through this beautiful valley called Machu picchu Canyon.
When you arrive at the town of Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu Pueblo, Our guide will be waiting for you at the station.

You will take a bus that will take you along a winding road for 30 minutes until you reach the entrance door, once there, you will be able to appreciate the magical lost city of the Incas Machu Picchu.

You will be visiting the famous Sacred City of the Incas, the crystal city of the Inca civilization, your tour guide will take you to the best views to enjoy it much better. Then, we will start the 2 and a half hours guided  in this incredible 1 day Machu Picchu Tour, exploring all the famous places of this impressive citadel: The Temple of the Sun, The Royal Tomb, The Intiwatana (sun dial rock), Main Plaza, and Temple of the 3 Windows, The Artisan Sector, the Condor Temple and many others.

After the tour in Machu Picchu you will come out with the guide then take the bus down to Aguas Calientes to enjoy abuffet lunch at selected restaurant. Be sure to arrive at the train station 30 minutes before your departure. The train used on this tour its INCA RAIL 44 – THE VOYAGER that leaves the town at 14:30 pm.

WHAT YOU SHOULD CARRY FOR THE MACHU PICCHU TOUR

• PASSPORT OR IDENTITY DOCUMENT (VERY IMPORTANT) It must be the same one you sent us in your reservation and you will be asked almost anywhere.
